Individual counselling sessions provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and develop coping strategies to navigate life's challenges.

I offer a free 15 minute initial assessment via phone or video call to help us decide if working together would be a good fit for us both. This is a confidential and informal chat with no obligation.

If you decide counselling is for you, then sessions will last for one hour, weekly or fortnightly. Sessions can be online, phone or face to face in Truro. There is also the possibility of a 'blended' approach, combining standard sessions with some outdoor 'walk and talk' in Truro (weather permitting).

There is no commitment for a specific number of sessions, although we will regularly review progress and goals to ensure you continue to gain the benefits from your counselling experience.

What I can help with

I have experience working with a range of clients, from young adults to the elderly. Whether you are experiencing low mood, feelings of overwhelm, or looking for support with more specific issues such as general anxiety disorder, bereavement, neurodiversity or childhood abuse and trauma, I am here to sit alongside you as you safely explore what this means for you.
